Data & Removal Policy

Our data commitments

Fixtures, results and tables are created by league volunteers — the league owns its data. We host and sync it on the league's behalf. Here's exactly what that means:

   The league owns its data. Fixtures, results and division tables are the league's own work, created by its volunteers. TTLeagueApp hosts, displays and syncs them on the league's behalf. We act as a service provider to the league — never the owner.

2. 2

   Data minimisation. We only import what the league publishes publicly: fixtures, results, division tables, team names and player names. No addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, birth dates or junior ages. If it isn't on the league's public site, we don't hold it.

   We never sell or share league or player data — no data sales, no third-party marketing lists, no advertising profiles built from league or player information.

   Player rights. Any player can ask for their personal profile to be removed from the site at any time — actioned within 24 hours.

   Full league control. A league can pause or resume automatic syncing itself in League Settings, and can request a complete export of its data or full deletion at any time — actioned within 24 hours. Leaving costs nothing and needs no reason.

6. 6

   Security. All data is transmitted encrypted and stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encrypted storage. Access is restricted to the league's own administrators and our support team.

7. 7

   UK GDPR. We operate under UK GDPR: our lawful basis for showing league information is the league's own authorisation (the agreement below) plus the fact the data is already publicly published by the league. We keep data only while the league is active on the platform.

8. 8

   Incidents. If anything ever affects league or player data in our care, we notify the affected league promptly and no later than 72 hours after we become aware.
